the room was clean and the bathroom was very good.

the room wasn't cleaned . i learned i had to request it 24 hours in advance, but no one had told me that at check-in. the mattress was too soft, almost i sank into it, and the pillows felt very flat. i wouldn't stay here again.

i found a very clean room. extra pillows existed in the room. blackout curtains were very good. Tea and coffee were available in the room. I observed a comfortable bed. i appreciated that the hotel was quiet.

limited parking unannounced cleaning policy

The lack of available parking proved quite problematic. only a limited number of garage spaces existed. Finding alternative parking at a late hour was an unwelcome task though the location was perfect! also, the room was not cleaned during my two-night stay. i was informed that cleaning must be requested 24 hours prior, a policy that was not communicated during check-in.

I found the staff to be VERY kind and helpful. The location provided quick access to local attractions. The hotel offered a separate work area, useful for catching up on emails.
